A cozy fall playlist for winding, leaf-filled drives and nights hunkered down under a big ass quilt
When I think of the big ol’ concept of nostalgia, what immediately comes to mind is those lazy weekend days when I was small — where I’d spend hours snuggled under the biggest puddle of blankets I could find, armed with a book so delicious I never wanted it to end (with Gilmore Girls playing gently in the background — those “la la las” were the soundtrack to my youth).
Nothing feels more inherently autumnal to me than these types of nights, where you have nothing to do and nowhere to be and you feel all the more grateful for it. I’m an indoor cat at heart. This playlist is for those exact evenings. Plus winding drives with a giant coffee, lazily meandering past swaths of richly tinted trees, where the whole world looks burnished and glowing. Damn, there’s nothing like this season.

I just bought this on a very successful Target run and it's perfect for a half-up, half-down 'do. It's big enough that the sides of the bow just peek out in the front. Planning to wear all season long.
2024 goal is to become a statement ring person, starting with this little ditty.
I was obsessed with the Swan Princess animated movies when I was little so this feels entirely appropriate.
Desperately want this lamp despite the fact that I am drowning in lamps. Perfect shape, perfect shade. Simple and stunnin’. And a really good price.

Hey, Kelly here. Welcome to The Landline. Dial in for gentle deep dives into anything and everything I'm obsessing over at the moment (mostly sane, always silly). Grab your Diet Coke, wind that phone cord around your finger, and let's get to it.
